Tell us what you need, and roughly when

Email [email protected] or call +359 885 107 053. Both go straight to the person who does the work, and we reply within one working day, in Bulgarian or English, whichever you wrote in.

What goes in the first message?

Four things help, and only the first is required:

  • what you need: a new site or a rebuild, an online shop, a Windows program, a mobile app, help showing up in Google, or someone to run your Google and Meta ads
  • a link to your current site, or one line about the business and who buys from it
  • roughly when you need it; “before the summer season” works as well as a date
  • a budget, if there is one

With a figure, we say straight away what fits inside it. Without one, you get a range with its assumptions beside it, and how much a website costs explains where such numbers come from.

If the project includes a move or redesign, send the current website address. Reviewing its pages, content and required redirects helps us estimate the work.

When will you hear back?

Within one working day, so a message sent on Friday evening is answered on Monday. We keep Bulgarian time: two hours ahead of London, one ahead of Berlin, all year round.

If you cannot reach us by phone, email a convenient time for a call.

From first reply to written quote

We first clarify the pages, languages, features and content. If a call would help, we suggest one. You then receive a written quote covering scope, price and timing. Work starts after your approval.

How we work covers the rest, up to launch. If you would like to see finished work first, all six projects are live.

Who owns the site?

What we make for you is yours outright: the domain, the code and the text. We host it ourselves, so updates, backups and the security certificate sit on our to-do list rather than yours, and if you want your own hosting later, we hand over the lot and set it up there with you. Who owns the code goes through the contract clause that settles it.
