What these terms cover
These terms cover the use of magnuszgr.com, the AI chat on its pages, and the labyrinth game with its accounts. Nothing is sold through the site: we take on work only under a written quote or contract, and where one says something different from these terms, the quote or contract applies. These terms do not limit the rights the law gives consumers.
Not advice, not an offer
Our pages and articles are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
Prices and figures quoted on our pages are market examples as they stood when the page was written or last checked. They go out of date, and they are not our offer. Our own prices appear only in a written quote.
The AI assistant
Answers from the AI assistant are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not an offer and create no obligation for us or for you: a price, a deadline or a promise from the assistant counts only once it is written into a quote or contract. Nothing the assistant says is legal, medical or tax advice.
Please do not type sensitive information into the chat, such as health details, bank or card details, or passwords. We can read the conversations and may join one in person. The privacy policy explains what happens to your messages and how long they are kept.
The labyrinth and accounts
The labyrinth is free to play, with or without an account. An account is opened with your own email address, and you can delete it at any time from the account page.
A discount orb counts only once our server has checked, on your account, the run that carried it out of its level. Each is 0.25% off a project you order from us, up to 16.25% for all 65, and you use the discount by quoting your account's code when you get in touch.
Who owns the content
The texts, design, graphics, logo and animations on this site are ours or are used with their owners’ permission. Copying or reusing them needs our written permission. Short quotations are fine, as long as you link to the page they come from.
Names, logos and screenshots of the projects in our portfolio belong to their owners.
What is not allowed
When using the site or the chat, do not:
- try to break into, probe or get around the site’s security
- overload the site or the chat
- send automated or mass messages to the chat
- play the labyrinth with a program, or send it runs that were not played
- send unlawful, abusive or deceptive messages
We may limit or block access for anyone who does.
Our liability
Pages can go out of date, and the site or the chat can be down at times. We are not liable for decisions based only on general information on the site or on answers from the AI assistant.
This does not limit our liability for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or where Bulgarian law does not allow liability to be limited. Nor does it affect your rights as a consumer.

We link to other websites but do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint about the site, the chat or work we have done for you, contact us first at [email protected] or +359 885 107 053.
If you are a consumer (a private individual acting outside any business or profession) and we cannot settle a dispute about a contract with us, you can also turn to the General Conciliation Commission for the region where you live, at the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection. Bulgarian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the consumer protection the law of your home country gives you, and if you live in Bulgaria, a court case between us is heard by the court for your current address.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we change the date below. A change does not alter a quote or contract that has already been agreed.
