What is the site for?
We first agree on the goal: presenting services, receiving enquiries, making sales or working with users. The Amir Hair Clinic site, for example, brings treatment information, results and consultation booking together. That purpose determines its structure and features.
The same conversation settles whether the project is a site, software or both. What we need from you is plain: who buys, what they ask before buying, and who will write the text.
A working link, early
You receive a link to a working version that we update during development. You can review it on a computer and phone and give feedback on the structure, design and content.
We discuss changes at this stage to agree on the direction before the final checks.
Tested where your customers will open it
We check the design, navigation, forms and content on phones, tablets and desktop browsers before launch. For software, we test the builds intended for each supported platform. The checks follow the features and devices agreed in the project scope.
What we need from you
We agree on who approves the work on your side and when the text and photographs will be ready. We can write the English and Bulgarian content as part of the website project or work with your writer. For an existing site, we also agree on the access needed to its domain, content and connected accounts.
Launch, hosting and the years after
After launch we handle hosting, updates and backups under the agreed maintenance plan. A platform with accounts and subscriptions, such as Riomera, needs different support from an information website. See what website maintenance includes.
Who owns the domain and the code?
You do. The content and every account the project runs on are yours too, while we host it and afterwards. Should you prefer your own hosting, we package the project, hand it over and stay on until it runs there. The handover list is the same every time:
- the domain, in your name, with access to its DNS
- the code repository
- analytics, Search Console, and the Google and Meta ad accounts where the project has them
- payment-provider, app-store and code-signing accounts used by the project
The contract side is in who owns the code in a website contract.
Preparing for SEO and advertising
We plan SEO while preparing the structure and content. Advertising campaigns launch when the pages, forms and tracking are ready. We monitor results and discuss changes. For search visibility problems, see why a site is not showing in Google.
Questions about apps and timing
Does the process change for a mobile or Windows app?
You receive an installable test version during development. We review the screens and features with you, then prepare the store listing or installer. Data collection and account requirements are part of the initial scope. For budgets, see mobile app development costs and building a Windows desktop app.
How long does a project take?
We agree on a schedule once we know the pages, features and content needed. The estimate includes design, development, your review and the final checks.
